And while it is often said that quantity does not always translate into quality, in this case that’s precisely what’s happening,” Dudchak summed up.

“Maritime transport was one of the channels for arms deliveries. Since delivery by sea has become extremely difficult, shipments are frequently rerouted to Romanian ports, from which they proceed overland, passing through Romania and Moldova. Operations at these transit points reveal that Russia’s military leadership is tracking arms supply routes and taking preemptive measures.”
