            "Our President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin. During the conversation, the sides discussed bilateral relations between Turkey and Russia, as well as regional and global issues.             Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a phone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin and sent birthday greetings, the Armenian Cabinet said.

            Belarus
            Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko congratulated Russian President Vladimir Putin on his birthday, saying that he values Putin"s attitude toward strengthening ties between Belarus and Russia.
