India’s education minister resigns after weeks of ‘Cockroach’ protests

India’s Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has resigned following weeks of youth protests over a series of examination paper leaks.
“I have sent my resignation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” Pradhan said on Saturday.
