Arya News - Russian President Vladimir Putin has responded to Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev`s proposal to freeze the Ukrainian conflict by providing him with a detailed account of the progress of Russia`s special military operation in Ukraine, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Saturday.
