"The special military operation is ongoing. Indeed, our Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defense have repeatedly issued relevant statements. The decision lies with those countries that have their diplomatic missions in Kiev," Peskov told reporters.
Earlier this month, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that foreign citizens and diplomats who have not left Kiev are deliberately putting their lives in mortal danger.

Representatives of Russia and the United States are raising the issue of possible cooperation in the energy sector during contacts, Dmitry Peskov said.
"I will not comment specifically on this report. I will just say that during conversations with American counterparts, the topic of possible interaction and cooperation in the energy sector is indeed being raised," Peskov told reporters.
Last week, The New York Times reported Russia and the United States are negotiating a potential multi-billion-dollar oil deal as part of a Ukrainian settlement.
